You will be part of the internal team that support Dynamics solutions within the business. You will need to enjoy working in a team environment and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
What you'll need:
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM with at least 2 years of hands-on implementation experience
- Experience mapping business requirements to Dynamics 365 CRM functionality, including configuration and custom workflows
- Effective troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
