Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to work with a leading international media and entertainment company 
operating its core business in Cinema, Movie Production, Film, TV, Digital Distribution and Theme Parks.

Supporting the Managing Director this is an influential role as you will be responsible for professional delivery of efficient executive and personal support to maxinise the efficiency of the business unit.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 
 
  • Full diary management, coordination of travel and general administration for the Director
  • Anticipate and deliver confidential administration support 
  • Expense reconciliation 
  • Minute taking 
  • Customer service escalation 
  • Preparation of reports and presentations 
  • Maintain office supplies 
  • Ensure all meetings are scheduled 
Experience Required:
 
  • Demonstrated Executive Coordination experience 
  • Relevant experience in providing high level administration support 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confirdent dealing at all levels 
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) 
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent reporting skills and knowledge 
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • High standard of personal presentation 
  • The ability to work autonomously and without supervision
