Main Responsibility Area: Responsible for supporting the End-to-end planning and performance improvement of an enterprise LTE network. Responsible for direct customer interfacing and communications.
Required to interface with the customer to provide network design and performance related services in accordance to the proposed project solution.
Required to support radio planning including site selection, site survey, and RF simulation (as needed).
Required to support field Measurements and laboratory testing (if needed).
Required to have experience with performance KPI improvements and techniques.
Required to provide support in network optimisation with focus on KPI's and network troubleshooting when required.
Required to work pro-actively and independently to source out potential network problem areas and identify solutions to improve the performance.
Capability to install and utilise probes (and/or other tools & measurements) to extract network performance information for analysis would be an advantage.
Expertise is required in the analysis and reporting of the findings to the internal team and also towards the customer.
Excellent customer management and communication skills to both Executive and Management level interfaces is required.
Minimum 10 years of working on mobile technology (UMTS/LTE) with at least 7 years LTE planning & optimisation experience.
Proficiency in customisation of reports and KPI based on packet capture or available counters / logs (an advantage).
Good experience in analysis and E2E optimization project.
Pro-active and positive attitude within a challenging environment is a must.
Ability to work independently as well as within a large team
Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills required.
