The Project Manager will be required to utilise the agreed project management framework to effectively manage, execute and report on the project/s they are responsible for.
About the role
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the project meets business needs and delivers planned benefits on time and on budget. The role involves leading and managing a cross functional team utilising industry standard project methodology.
<[if>· <[endif]-->Take responsibility for the definition, documentation, and satisfactory completion of one or more project(s), (or work packages of a large project), managing business impacts, and resources including vendors.
<[if>· <[endif]-->Identify, assess, and manage the risks to the success of the project.
<[if>· <[endif]-->Ensure that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained while providing regular and accurate updates to stakeholders as appropriate.
<[if>· <[endif]-->Provide effective leadership to the project team and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
<[if>· <[endif]-->Advocate project methods and tools to deliver a standardised quality service of project management.

Skills & Experience
<[if>· <[endif]-->Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience required.
<[if>· <[endif]-->Current project management accreditation required.
<[if>· <[endif]-->Substantial career evidence of project management including proven management of multiple projects concurrently within large and complex organisations.
<[if>· <[endif]-->Proven experience in successful budget responsibility.
<[if>· <[endif]-->Extensive project lifecycle experience understanding the planning and delivery of projects in its entirety.
<[if>· <[endif]-->High level of written and oral communication skills with excellent attention to detail in written work.
<[if>· <[endif]-->Demonstrated evidence of self-initiated periodic personal development.
