Job Description

We're looking for a passionate Process Transformation Manager with experience in a tier 1 consulting environment.
  • Consultative role and environment 
  • 12 month initial contract 
  • Dynamic environment 
  • Consulting team 

Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience working within a tier 1 consulting role
  • Experience with organisation change management methodology and delivery
  • Experience with transition from manual AS-IS processes to new systems
  • Experience with policies and process changes as well as training and communicating to stakeholders.
  • A Six Sigma GreenBelt qualification 
  • Collaborative and ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Ability to work with stakeholders from end-users, project team members to senior management.
  • Experienced driving continuous process improvement, methodology, tools, practices and maturity
  • Experience delivering operational improvement initiatives
  • Experience facilitating improvement workshops
