Job Description

A leading Telecommunications organisation is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to provide support to a number of General Managers and execs.

This role is an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
 
  • Diary management and meeting coordination 
  • Used to dealing with sensitive information
  • Manage and book travel 
  • Manage expense reimbursements 
  • Produce reports and presentations and prepare correspondence 
  • Coordinate recruitment and on-boarding 
  • Coordinate events 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:-
 
  • Two plus years experience as a Team Assistant or Coordinator supporting management level 
  • This is not a 1-1 PA role
  • Diary management and travel coordination experience 
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) 
  • Operational administrative experience 
  • Friendly., can-do attitude 
  • Must have stakeholder management, ability to work as a team and collaborate with excellent communications skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
