Job Description

Join an exciting Receptionist role for one of our IT clients based in Melbourne CBD for an initial 6 months contract with a view to extend.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating day to day receptionist and Administration duties 

You will be responsible for:
  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
  • Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation
  • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
  • Managing travel booking and events for all the executive.
You will have:
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist/Administration Assistant
  • Confident and enthusiastic with a proven ability to pay attention to details
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
