Job Description

Dynamic Agile Coach opportunity, coordinate SAFe SCRUM teams, collaborate with business units and develop the teams agile ways of working.

Responsibilities:
  • Coach and teach the team on Agile and collaborative ways of working
  • Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
  • Work alongside stakeholders and your larger team to resolve key impediments
  • Facilitate processes for the team to demonstrate their ways of working - processes, artefacts, tooling, working agreements, social contracts, group learning and community of practices etc.
  • Coordinate scrum ceremonies - daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews
  • Ensures transparency in communication and creates an environment of collective accountability and continuous progress.
  • Provide visibility of team status and issues to senior management.
  • Ensure that the Product Backlog is well managed, dependencies identified.
  • Work closely with counterparts in other teams on quarterly release planning sessions and other collaborative forums to deliver on the feature roadmap.
  • Provide visibility of team status and issues to senior management.
  • Coordinate and schedule the execution of deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Working with technical stakeholders (Developers, Development Managers, Head of Technology, Infrastructure) and offer support to roll out and adopt CI/CD practices across scrum team.
  • Mentor team members on Scrum practices.

Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC (software development lifecycle) with end to end delivery experience.
  • Overall 5+ years of experience in IT and Software Delivery. Prior experience managing technical deliverables across multiple teams for a large program of work.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), preferably SAFe.
  • Prior people management/leadership experience highly preferred.
  • Experience in operating in Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience with these techniques/practices is preferable: TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment, Working principles and practices around Automation Testing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
