The role involves providing user support, systems support, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions and documentation.The role requires someone to travel between Dandenong,Campbelfield and Broadmeadows whenever required.
Work experience required for this role are:
- Extensive experience in Level 1-2 Desktop environment supporting Windows 7/Windows 10.
- Experience with Windows Server-2008/2012/2016 and networking
- Experience working with external service providers and commercial experience working in an enterprise environment in applications.
Desired skills for this role are:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- VMware and Hyper-V experience
- Understanding of change management and project management
- Someone with a drivers license
