The role involves providing user support, systems support, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions and documentation.
The person will require to have his own car, full drivers license and be flexible to travel to Broadmeadows,Campbelfiled or Dandenong whenever required.
Work experience required for this role are:
- Extensive experience in Level 1-2 Desktop environment supporting Windows 7/Windows 10.
- Experience with Windows Server-2008/2012/2016 and networking
- An understanding of Active Directory and Windows related features
- More than 3 years of experience in this field
- Basic Office 365 support
- Experience dealing with external service providers

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- VMware and Hyper-V experience
- Building and supporting SOE
- VOIP/SIP experience
- Understanding of project management and concepts
