  • My client is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join their team for a 3 month contract role to start ASAP. Please note this is a full time role.

The role

Providing and maintaining high level technical telephone support and/or Deskside support to internal employees

Responsibilities
  • High level Technical support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Incident Resolution
  • Incident logging and tracking
Key skills and experience required
  • Exceptional experience in Customer Service
  • Awareness of ITIL
  • Technical knowledge of Lotus Notes, Windows Active Directory, Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365, Citrix, Zendesk
  • Solid understanding of PC, hardware, software, mobile devices, printers etc.
  • Experience with an Incident Management / Call Logging system
Ideal candidate
  • Degree qualified
  • One year's experience in a Helpdesk Analyst role
  • Superior Customer Service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
