IT Business Analyst with experience in preparation of project Business Cases, User Requirements Specifications, procurement and management of IT development services, testing and business change management. In particular, we are looking for a Business Analysis that has been involved in SharePoint development projects.
Experience in coordinating and migrating SharePoint content and applications from on Premises to Office365 SharePoint services would be highly regarded. The Business Analyst will be working across a number of projects at any one time, conducting and facilitating requirements gathering and documentation, process mapping, testing planning and co-ordination and business process change. The Technology and Digital Services unit on behalf of a broad group of internal stakeholders is undertaking the projects within the IT Projects Portfolio business unit.
At least 10 years demonstrated experience in working as an IT Busines Analyst, including gathering and documenting requirements, process mapping, assisting in the preparation of business cases and market investigation documents such as EOI's & RFP's, testing, business change management documentation and facilitating those processes.
- In the last 4 years has worked on a SharePoint development project with skills and knowledge in the underlying technologies.
- Establish effective relationships in order to facilitate fast decision making to meet deliverables and schedules
- Work on projects which delivered best of breed solutions in the Microsoft SharePoint space (Note: experience with Microsoft O365 products is valuable).
