Your new role:
- You will be joining an existing team as the Change AND Training Specialist
- Your new role will see you support Change Management efforts for 1 to 2 business units and will play a generalist change role.
- Impact Analysis has been completed and the role will see you ensure that the change management tasks are completed within project timelines
- In terms of the training component, you will be responsible for updating the existing training material and deliver training on the new system
- Stakeholder Management
- Change Facilitation around process change and comms
- Training - in person and online
- There will be a highly likelihood of travel as past deployment have required training to be delivered around Australia in Broome / NT, North Queensland, and WA
- Training may also be delivered online depending on driver locations
