A day in the life:
- Assist and support the development of a transition strategy and approach for solutions to transition to operations
- Assist with assigned delivery streams to develop transition to operations plans with the transition strategy
- Provide support to the business group preparing to receive said solutions
- Oversee the coordination of transition activities across the delivery streams
- Transition Planning & Support
- Technology Organisation Design and Support
- Interim Operations - Provide service delivery management to outsourced operations towers prior to full handover

Your background, skills and experience:
- Experience supporting transition to operations functions for a major program.
- Proven consulting experience with both strategic and delivery focused engagements.
- Demonstrated experience working in technically complex ICT environments.
- Experience being accountable for IT operations and service delivery functions managing internal teams and outsource service providers.
- Proven experience providing results and meeting deadlines.
