Job Description

  • Initial 5 month contract
This role will support multiple senior leadership members of our client's organisation as well as their respective teams.  This role provides full administrative and general support duties, together with broader functions associated with reporting duties of the teams and team engagement.

This role requires an individual who is comfortable in communicating with people at all levels in the organisation, industry and wider community. 

Experience required:
  •  Advanced user of all Microsoft Word products including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.  (Microsoft Version 7)
  • Previous experience in an Administrative role supporting senior managers
  • Proven ability to plan, co-ordinate and follow through on projects
  • Strong editorial and proof reading skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work through difficult problems professionally
  • Ability to work with peers effectively
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional phone manner
  • Development of new processes and improvement of existing processes
  • Previous experience within the telecommunications or construction industry 
  • Document management and version control
