Job Description

Our client a leading Government Agency is seeking an experienced Recruitment /Human Resources Administrator to support the Recruitment Team on a major program.

This role will be based in Sydney's CBD and will offer variety and challenge to a candidate wanting to work in a fast paced environment.


The key responsibilities for the role will include:-
 
  • Preparation of contracts and onboarding of new staff 
  • Provide general advice and guidance on recruitment matters and be a first point of contact 
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Downloading of applications 
  • Liaise with internal managers and external clients 
  • General administrative tasks 
  • Criminal Record Checks 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:-
 
  • Previous HR/Recruitment experience in an Administrative position or demonstrated experience in a Senior level Administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office with a strong emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to build rapport with all stakeholders 
  • Deadline driven
