Job Description

Looking for Sales Team lead to join an industry leader in inventory management cloud based solution. As the leader for the AU sales team, your role is to lead, inspire and manage the team to execute on AU/ROW strategy by focusing your sales team's efforts around key priorities and managing the entire sales process, from inception through to implementation, leading to successful outcomes.
Define and coordinate sales training programs and processes that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives. Identify process improvements where and when required

Experience and Qualification
  • Bachelor Degree in business or related field essential
  • Minimum of 7+years' experience in sales and 3+ years in sales management/leadership roles     
  • Previous Experience working in a software business
  • Experience running inbound, outbound and channel sales

  • Possess a strong Commercial Awareness, understand new concepts quickly and
