- You have 5+ years of professional experience. Ideally in a high-paced, enterprise technology, but if not, that's okay (but come prepared with a clear story on why you want to transition into tech sales)
- You were a top 10% performer at your last company and have a history of over-achievement
- You are highly driven, intelligent, hungry and most importantly, you're coachable
- It would be useful if you have experience with systems like Salesforce, LinkedIn.
- You've had some level of exposure to the core tenants of value-based selling: identifying pain points, building champions, and business outcomes
About the role:
- Generate pipeline within Small to Medium Accounts in your territory by collaborating alongside the top Key Account Directors in the industry
- Progress deals from Introduction, Discovery and finally to Custom Demonstration. Execute the invaluable Art and Science of finding pain
- Participate in making Marketing Events successful
- Learning a structured program to progress into Individual Contributor role
