- Drive the Microsoft activity in engagements from concept to launch stage
- Recruit, lead and coach Microsoft specialists, ensuring that they have the skill sand knowledge required to successfully perform their roles
- Actively contribute to pre-sales activity with the sales team, securing large scale engagements in the digital domain
- Set out the strategic direction for our Microsoft related services and products, working in partnership with the leadership team.
- Experience in a similar role for ideally 7+ years
- Experience within a digital agency or consultancy (highly desirable)
- Be a Microsoft specialist with the following:
- Proven experience in leading a broad Microsoft offering within a consulting firm
- Comprehensive and successful experience in pre-sales activity, including tender responses, proof of concept and presentations
- Hands-on experience working within and collaborating in an Agile environment
- Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of Microsoft solutions throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Proven experience of working closely with Microsoft to collaboratively meet client's expectations
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
