Launch IT is seeking the talents of a seasoned SAP SFSF SuccessFactors (Compensation and Variable Pay) Consultant

Working with one of the worlds most prestigious implementation partners, you'll have an opportunity to work across the following areas.

The SAP SuccessFactors Remuneration Senior Consultant is responsible for working with customers to define and continuously improve their future remuneration business processes leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay as the technology of choice.

Your day to day will involve the following:

Leading clients to understand their needs and aspirations for Remuneration processes, understand the nature of their businesses and drive defining solutions using SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.

You are responsible for process analysis and provide leading practice to define future HR processes.

You demonstrate deep expertise of SAP SuccessFactors, not only for Compensation and Variable Pay but as well for integration to Core HR applications.

You assess regular SuccessFactors product updates and solution with clients how to make best use of new capabilities for their requirements.

You work collaboratively with the client team and third parties to define timelines and effort for the implementation of any improvement.

You design solutions, data model and integration architecture.

You lead testing and coordinate testing with the client team and third parties.

Ideal/Preferred experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Current SAP SuccessFactors Certifications for Compensation and for Variable Pay
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations in lead roles on at least two projects, ideally one of them in Retail
Knowledge of Remuneration Business Processes
Agile implementation project experience
