Exciting opportunity exists for a Events planning Coordinator to join a large professional services organisation.

In this role you will report in to the Meetings & Event Manager

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct post event de-brief with all key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Meet & Greet clients that are coming in for an event
  • Assist with setting up the events liaising with manager who is setting up the event
  • Help with putting processes in place, to make sure the events run smoothly
  • Process event invoices
  • Coordinate with the audio visual and catering teams
  • Assist customers with managing budget
To be considered for this role you must have:
  • Worked in an Events coordinator role, ideally within the hotel / hospitality industry
  • Excellent opportunity of you would like to move across in to the corporate side of events
  • Working hours 8.30am - 5pm but would need to be flexible
  • Ideally worked with Microsoft products, Word, Excel
  • Work well on your own, with little supervision
  • Have excellent stakeholder engagement experience
  • Presentation and clear communication skills 
  • Problem solve
  • Able to work well under pressure
