- Be the main contact point for the customer
- Understands customer's strategic plans.
- Identify solutions and develop a product offerings appropriate customer
- Knowledge of large enterprise ICT solutions
- Ability to present to and influence CXO stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to conduct strategic reviews across a customer portfolio
- Experience is managing key accounts in the Telecoms, ICT or Public sector
- Experience in strategic sales from the Telecoms, Network Vendor or ICT arena
