Job Description

Our client is seeking an administration coordinator who will be accountable for providing clerical, administrative and general office duties as required by the team and General manager. This role will be part of the administrative team and will manage day to day regional office facility requirements. 

Key responsibilities include:
  • Facilities management of the organisation including maintenance activities
  • Coordination of facilities
  • Liaison with stakeholders
  • Arrange travel or any other requirement booking
  • Manage recruitment and on boarding of new employees
  • Diary management and meeting coordination
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Experience in administration (supporting of senior management)
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and follow up on projects
