Job Description

Reputable telecommunications organistaion is seeking a Administration/Customer Service Specialist who would be accountable for managing requests, validating data and liaising with internal stakeholders, you must possess a high level of communication skills and the ability to multitask. 

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Responsible for contract administration (collecting customer documentation, billing data and relevant information)
  • Meeting compnay KPI's and delivery targets
  • Support and manage the pipeline of opportunities
  • High level of stakeholder skills and engagement 
  • Be the main point of contact for customers
  • Complete requests (20-30 voulmes per day

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • High level of customer service and stakeholder skills
  • Experience working within a call centre or high volume environment
  • Strong administrative skills 
  • Experience within the telecommunications industry, property, land access or utilities would be highly advantageous
