Our client a leading government entity is currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Administrative / Customer Service Officers for a short term Temporary contract.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide quality customer service and administrative support to reviewers and staff within the organisation.
Responsibilities in this position would include the following dependent on the level of experience of the successful candidates- 
  • Provide administrative support to Reviewers and staff of the department
  • Display outstanding customer service both by telephone and face to face
  • Ability to prioritise and meet required deadlines  
  • Excellent data entry ability
  • Processing of applications
  • Responsible for the management and progression of cases 
  • Manage hearings within the department if required
  • Front desk customer service on an as needs basis

The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following skills and attributes:-
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident 
  • Minimum two years experience in an administrative / customer service position is essential 
  • Previous Government experience will be an advantage 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think quickly and display initiative
  • Team orientated
  • Able to work within set guidelines
  • Data entry experience 
  • Team player
