Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit several Allocations officers to assist them with a project on-behalf of one of their clients.This role ensures all work items are allocated to the correct work queues for them to be action-ed by the correct departments.

Key responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely document recognition and indexing relating to associated loan applications
  • Adherence to Risk/Compliance frameworks
  • Complete requests and communicate outcomes and recommendations
  • Email management 
  • Performing basic quality checks on documents to ensure that minimum standard requirements are met.
Skills and Experience required:
  • Professional phone manner 
  • 1 week training to be provided
  • Background checks - Federal Police checks prior to commencing within the role. If you already have one that has been completed in 2020 this would be highly advantageous
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a high volume and high paced/pressure environment
