Job Description

This initial 6 month contract will have the successful candidate assist with the execution of the bid process 

This position will require exceptional stakeholder management at all levels and key responsibilities will include:- 

  • The Bid Co-coordinator / specialist is to assist the Bid Managers with the execution of the Bid Management process and deliver approved bids
  • Look after small simple deals where a deal lead may not be required.
  • Bids relate to business customers, including Enterprise and Government and Retail Service Providers.
  • Working with Commercial Deal Managers to produce offers and deals for customers
Experience Required: 
  • 5 to 10 years commercial/financial experience including management of large $ bids, business case preparation, "C" level and Board presentations
  • Experience in a large Telecommunications or ICT organisation 
  • Strong commercial and contractual acumen with a solid understanding of legal construct
  • Experience working in a fast moving, complex environment
  • Strong stakeholder management 
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Fast and agile learner with the ability to multi task 
  • Advanced MS Project & MS PowerPoint, and Competent MS Word & MS Excel
