The purpose of this position will be to assist the Bid Management team with the coordination, integration and overall delivery of bid responses.
  • The main responsibilities for this position are as follows:-
  • Supporting the Bid Management  team with administration duties and assisting them to deliver to their clients 
  • Liaise with key clients, being a point of contact for any enquiries      
  • Researching and updating of content
  • Effectively managing document submissions 
  • To identify and engage key areas of the company necessary to develop the bid response 
  • Manage correspondence 
  • Formatting and proof reading of tenders The skills and attributes of the ideal candidate will be:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven track record in Bid Coordination and Bid preparation
  • Experience in coordinating muti-disciplined teams
  • Demonstrated understanding of the commercial requirements of the Bid process
  • Solid research experience
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to negotiate and overcome competing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Office skills
