Leading Government Agency is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to coordinate, analyse and collate outcomes of the change process to facilitate the achievement of change objectives within the organisation. 

The main focus of this role is based on organisational design change and stakeholder management. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the coordination and identification of change initiatives  and assess and determine the scale and complexity of the program
  • Review and determine the business and people implications of the change initiatives
  • Advise and guide the program to enable change initiatives and to ensure that the business 'understands' and 'owns' the outcomes of the change process
  • Complete monthly reporting for the business and the executives as required
  • Develop and maintain tools and change support information
  • Collate lessons learned and maintain stakeholder database

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:- 
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools ideally in an operating, distribution or customer facing model
  • Agile methodology 
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate and influence messages to a variety of audiences
  • Forward-looking, holistic in outlook
  • Organised with an instinct for planning strategy and tactics
  • A familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycles
  • Experience with large-scale organisations
  • Change management formal qualification or certification
