The successful candidate will demonstrate;
- Minimum of 2 year's experience as a Change Analyst- any supporting documentation you can provide with details of change examples you have worked on would be highly advantageous
- Extensive interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes
- Experience with Documentation tracking and management
- Experience in information systems and a good understanding of clinical information system concepts would be an advantage
- The abililty to implement change initiatives in a large and complex environment
