This Change Leadership role will be accountable for the successful delivery of the stream towards timeline, scope and budget within a large program.

Experience required:
  • Leading change management experience in large transformational project 
  • Project management skills 
  • Experience in preparation of training & change material 
  • Team leader experience in leading small change team
  • Communications experience & very strong stakeholder management 
  • Demonstrable experience leading change in large transformation project 
  • Managing communications and stakeholders at all levels of the business 
  • Working with a very large stakeholder group internal & external (500+ people)
Role Accountabilities/Responsibilities: 
  •  Accountable for Change Management and Training framework
  • Providing education, direct support and coaching to all levels of management about the transformation 
  • Supporting the training efforts 
  • Supporting the design, development, delivery and management of communications 
  • Initiating change activities and controlling the change process
  • Conducting impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders 
  • Issue/Risk communication/resolution/escalation for the program team
  • Providing input to Program Governance 
  • Providing the project status to stakeholders and sponsors 
  • Coordinating change champions & training coordinators 
  • Running change workshops
