Leading reputable and well-established telecommunications organisation is seeking a Complaints Coordiantor for their Land and Access team. The ideal candidate will have experience with handling complaints and managing 1st level response. 

Key responsibilities and duties include:
  • Managing a high workload in a fast pacing and changing environment
  • Oversee and manage issues and complaints
  • Support members of the team with regards to: build, design and operational networks
  • Ability to build and collaborate with various teams (internal and external stakeholders)
  • Estblish and effective interface between functional and construction partners
  • The ability to provide support and delivery to partners
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Background in construction, infrastructure or telecommunications industry (involved in major projects)
  • Experience working within a dynamic team based culture 
  • Ability to attend meeting with internal and external stakeholder and provide feedback to key managers
