Job Description

You will be accountable for providing insightful, and friendly advice as well as hands-on technical support to internal staff. Daiy activities will be comprised of diagnosing hardware and software issues, explaining issues and repairing (or replacing) relevant technology. The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service and is committed to the organisation. 

You will be rewarded with the opportunity to work across multiple sites and interstate (with corporate travel). The ideal candidate will posses: customer focus skills, high level of communication and the ability to collaborate within a team. 

Daily tasks may include:
  • Providing excellent customer service (internally) and solving relevant problems
  • Managing stock (and delivery of products)
  • Managing staff expectations
  • Providing ideas to management and collaborating with peers
  • Ensuring necessary tickets for tracking incidents
