My client is a global leader in telecommunications. They are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their cohesive team

Role responsibilities: 
  • end to end management of matters, including leader raised cases relating to workplace grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, complaints and investigations.
  • Manage campaigns within your business unit (ie: excessive leave, probation check ins)
  • Providing technical advice to Leaders on their people matters
  • Working closely with other teams such as HRBP’s and ER to highlight any trends and insights within the business
To be successful in this role you must have:
  • Experience working in a complex environment including Telco, Government or managed services organisation 
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or other related fields
  • 3-5 years HR, people advisory experience 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite in particular PowerPoint, word and excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders
