As Events and Conference Organiser your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate internal and external events
  • Research venues, catering, speakers and any fundraising initiatives
  • Research and organise all staff events
  • Research and organise all client & candidate events
  • Manage, assess and coordinate vendors & contractors
  • Manage deadlines
  • Collateral development

About You

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Tertiary education (Completion of degree)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Creativity and resourcefulness
  • A can-do, positive attitude
  • Strong knowledge across all Microsoft Office applications
