Job Description

The role

My client, a well-known financial organisation is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to provide and maintain high level technical telephone support and/or Desk-side support to internal employees.

Responsibilities
  • High level Technical support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Incident Resolution
  • Incident logging and tracking
  • Key skills and experience required
  • Exceptional experience in Customer Service
  • The ability to multitask (take calls and types notes at the same time)
  • Awareness of ITIL
  • Technical knowledge of Lotus Notes, Windows Active Directory, Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365, Citrix, Zendesk
  • Solid understanding of PC, hardware, software, mobile devices, printers etc.
  • Experience with an Incident Management / Call Logging system

Ideal candidate
  • Degree qualified
  • One year’s experience in a Tech support role 
  • Superior Customer Service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
