Background in HR
- 3+ years HR experience in a systems or data/analyst related role
- Drive to support data based decision making
- Knowledge of HR data metrics and remuneration practices
- Strong understanding of employee life-cycle
- Team player with the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships
- Customer focused mindset and equipping others to succeed
- SAP experience required.
