Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the Service Delivery Manager in designing, developing, delivering on ITIL processes
  • Assist with analysis investigations and corrective actions for problem management
  • Manage the lifecycle of change and issue records within ITSM tools
  • Ensure a safe and happy working environment
  • Commitment to customer service across every channel
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience
  • Technical experience in an MSP context will be highly regarded
  • Solid understanding of process-driven customer delivery
  • ITILv3 or ITILv4 Foundation Certificate
  • Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
  • Solid time management and team-work skills
  • An excellent eye for detail
