Job Description

Work collaboratively with Convenors / others to migrate units from the current Learning Management System (Blackboard) to a new platform, Canvas.
 
  • Work collaboratively to migrate units from the current Learning Management System (Blackboard) to a new platform, Canvas.
  • Provide support in the analysis of existing content and the identification and prioritization of the components that will be migrated to the new unit.
  • Highlight gaps or problems that may compromise the high-quality of the information and identify solutions.
  • Follow migration process within tight deadlines
  • Ensure look and feel is consistent with templates and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Report on progress using workflow tool (JIRA / similar).
Experience required:
  • 2+ years’ experience working with a CMS or LMS
  • 2+ years working in the technology space
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML 5.0, Usability / Accessibility / UI / UX design, Excel + Office, Multimedia
  • Multimedia and/or Graphic Design skills
