Full Job Description
My client is currently undergoing growth across Australia as they expand their business further. They are seeking an experienced lease administrator to join their cohesive team in Macquarie park. 
  
You will be responsible for:   
  • Auditing lease terms on SAP to ensure they are accurate as per the legal documents. Following through on any errors to ensure account reconciled and rectified in timely manner.
  • Undertaking account and portfolio reconciliations, particularly as they relate to lease renewals, terminations
  • Managing payments being placed on and off hold while account changes are being managed and or lease renewals progressed
  • Review and approve weekly and monthly rent roll reports
  • Processing of invoices & Purchase Orders 
  • Provide regular, concise and accurate reporting on the status of lease admin issues, including a review of reports provided by Lease Management to ensure all work in progress is being actioned and the required performance and outcomes achieved
   
The successful applicant must:  
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Lease Administration with a Lease portfolio
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or specialist knowledge in Real Estate / Property
  • Strong reconciling skills 
  • Goal oriented 
  • Experience with SAP RE or SAP REFX
  • Be analytical and be able to interpret legal contracts
  • Be customer focused
  • Effective Database and Excel skills
