- Demonstrated experience providing Level 2 IT support to internal staff members and stakeholders
- Exposure to SCCM, VMware, Active Directory, Networks/Switches/Routers.
- Experience setting up and configuring new desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones;
- Provide support for Windows 7, 8 & 10 devices;
- Office 365 troubleshooting and administration;
- End User email client (Outlook) and mobile device configuration for emails;
- Experience in fault resolution of IT hardware and software issues including Servers, Switches, PC's, printers, Printer Servers; Microsoft operating systems and a variety of desktop applications
- Experience in the resolution of network faults and understanding of TCP/IP based networking protocols
