This role is located within the central IT division of the organisation and will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, working with internal and external stakeholders.

Hawthorn Location

 Experience required: 
  • Demonstrated experience providing Level 2 IT support to internal staff members and stakeholders
  • Exposure to SCCM, VMware, Active Directory, Networks/Switches/Routers.
  • Experience setting up and configuring new desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones;
  • Provide support for Windows 7, 8 & 10 devices;
  • Office 365 troubleshooting and administration;
  • End User email client (Outlook) and mobile device configuration for emails;
  • Experience in fault resolution of IT hardware and software issues including Servers, Switches, PC's, printers, Printer Servers; Microsoft operating systems and a variety of desktop applications
  • Experience in the resolution of network faults and understanding of TCP/IP based networking protocols
