This position will suit a motivated, successful and experienced marketing professional within the recruitment industry who is a winning writer! Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of Launch's marketing strategy. Your primary responsibilities will be to increase brand awareness, assist in winning new business and attracting IT professionals through successful marketing for the entire organisation, using market research, marketing communications, advertising and public relations. The Marketing Manager will be part of the senior executive team and will help drive the growth of the business.
Ideally, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or relevant)
- 5+ years' experience in a marketing leadership role
- Proven experience within the recruitment industry
- Experience creating and managing the whole spectrum of marketing tools and collateral (website, presentations, white papers and case studies, training materials, proposals) to communicate value proposition to stakeholders
- Experience developing, executing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Proven success in meeting deadlines and KPI's
