Job Description

The role exists to implement the approved changes into the corporate scheduling system as it relates to the project controls and will assist in the articulation, implementation and ongoing management of a robust program data and scheduling.

Experience required:
  • Previous experience gained within P6 Primavera planning.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and gaining buy-in and support. 
  • Proven ability to extract and manipulate information and data from key business systems using Business Intelligence tools.            
  • Formal Certification in Project Management, Process Improvement or Change Control preferred.
  • Previous experience with measuring, analysing, forecasting, budgeting and reporting with Excel.
  • MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, Word and Visio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The Scheduler will also assist in the management of the operational function of program data and scheduling interactions to provide clear alignment, insight and progress against corporate targets, leading indicators and agreed baselines across the wider corporate areas.
  • The role will maintain the schedule integrity and currency by identifying data quality issues to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Provision of ongoing support and guidance to the broader scheduling community and stakeholders will also be required.
