The role of the SAED Project Manager will be to support the delivery team in delivering of the site acquisition, design and for new sites and the consolidation of old sites. This role is focused on full turnkey solutions from design and construction, operations and maintenance, as well as a vast importance of vendor management. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Project manage the rollout of a site acquisition and deployment build program, whilst overseeing a property, design, planning and technical perspective
  • Responsible for the management/coordination of project teams across site acquisition, environmental planning and design services
  • Ensuring mutually agreed project completion timelines are adhered to
  • Liaise with vendors to provide an acquirable and technically strong site
  • Manage variations for the respective regional areas, including obtaining approval from the customer and ensuring documentation is up to date
  • Manage workflow of acquisition from site selection to final acceptance
  • Attend weekly stakeholder meetings to report on deliverables
  • Assist in resolving defects during acquisition, construction and installation of sites

The successful candidate will have:
  • Ideally, five years' experience in driving and delivering complex telecom related SAED projects 
  • Project management experience within the wireless space with a property acquisition or property background
  • End to end understanding of SAED process 
  • Experience with project operations (milestones, finance, forecasting)
  • Understanding of challenges associated with site acquisition
  • The ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
  • PMP Certification is advantageous
