Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant for a global organisation based in Rydalmere NSW. Working in a dynamic call centre environment you will be responsible for managing new sales enquiries and retaining existing customers.

You will proactively manage the customer experience by taking ownership of the call and following through on the query or concern to completion 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify and convert all sales opportunities 
  • First point of contact for new customers 
  • Respond to all customer requirements in a professional manner 
  • Document all calls and actions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Calling existing customers and up-selling new services 
  • Refer escalation calls when required 
  • Retention of existing customers 
Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in a phone-based Sales role or customer facing Sales role is essential 
  • You are a team player 
  • Able to handle objections 
  • Ability to manage high pressure situations and customer complaints 
  • The capacity to learn new skills, product and technical knowledge 
  • Undertake tasks with energy and drive 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Intermediate MS Office
