SEO & Personalization Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with Agile teams on the management and delivery of SEO split among both Sales and Services teams
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to review and implement changes in order to maximise organic traffic to website
  • Conduct keyword analysis, technical implementations, testing and optimization and content strategy
  • Guide and implement a customer-focused content strategy
  • Liaise with technical development teams
  • Drive growth in qualified organic traffic and conversion rates via personalization such as Optimizely or Optimise 360
Skills and Experience
  • Solid SEO experience with emphasis on an agile B2B is highly desired for this role
  • 5+ years’ experience in a search marketing role
  • Proven track record of driving conversion improvements through organic digital marketing techniques
  • Experience in Agile teams and familiarity with its structures- highly regarded
  • Digital analytics experience- Certification in Google Analytics
  • Direct experience of personalisation tolls such as Optimizely or Optimize 360 will be highly regarded
  • Experience with JavaScript will be highly regarded
  • Experience with Pardot will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal, written and presentation
