Job Description

A well established, reputable organisation is seeking a Service Desk Team Leader to manage a team of technical staff. You will be acocuntable for developing team KPIs, managing service desk team and ques (request and incident), re-establish service level reports, service catalogue and charge back model as well as managing operational documentation for the business.

The ideal resource will have:
  • Solid documentation skills (experience with writing service desk procedures)
  • Expert ITIL service management
  • Managing service desk team/s (requests and incidents)
  • Developing internal service catalogue 
  • Developing service charge back model
