Our client is seeking a System Coordinator who would be accountable to provide co-ordination, administrative support to an operational team, provide process and configuration management of IT tools that will support build and quality processes.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Data Extraction
- Report production with support from a team (of system analysts)
- Configuration management
- Identity and Access Administration
- Coordination support for requirements (gathering and change management activities)
- Stakeholder engagement
- Monitoring and responding to customer requests
The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing and maintaining supporting relationships and act as a liaison to ensure activities are completed correctly. You will actively participate in the development of business cases, preparation of project plans, schedules, delivery of operational support, gathering requirements and road map planning.
