Job Description

Join one of Australia's most prevalent IT Managed Services Providers and play a critical part in successfully delivering a large client project.

  • Manage remote engineering needs of new site deliveries across routers, switches, carrier services, UC Voice and Wifi. 
  • Troubleshoot networking and routing issues, ensuring successful resolution and implementation and turn-up of data and voice services 
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure timelines are adhered to as per customer requests
  • Always ensure accurate CRM updating. Information management is key
  • Work closely with third party on-site engineers to bring up sites and services on time and scope
To be considered the role, the following must be demonstrated;
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role 
  • Experience with UC Platforms (Cisco, Mitel etc)
  • Minimum 1 years WAN project delivery experience
  • Exposure to ServiceNOW would be desirable
  • CCNA ceritifcation is required as a minimum
